WOW! No wonder he is having you come back to clean more! ... i just have to say it again, WHO LIVES LIKE THAT???? ... Outstanding job!

Well, I HOPE he calls me back to finish up in June. I still had the sense that he felt it took too long. :(

Ha! He's lucky you got it done as quickly as you did. I can't imagine anyone seeing "before" and thinking 3 hours is a reasonable amount of time to clean that.

I'm just glad I have pics to prove the amount and type of cleaning I did! Apparently he's taking the tenants to court for the mess they made.
